Fantastic write-up, Nadir! I live with fibromyalgia and being a chronic illness patient is a fast track to feeling discouraged. A few months ago, I realized I was unwinding after work every night with YouTube and podcasts... which could be consumed while walking or doing low-impact aerobics in my home. Now, I look forward to that time.

We can't underestimate the effect of endorphins on our brains which naturally result from exercise. I have been doing much better in my health journey overall ever since I decided that I DID have 30 minutes every 1-2 days to devote to my well being.
